The Kitchen Aid Pink Mixer
The holy grail of girlie kitchen appliances has arrived to my kitchen from KitchenAid.
I need some music for this.
For years, I wanted a pink KitchenAid stand mixer. Years. I had a black one that was on loan from my mother, and I used it quite often. I promised to give hers back when I finally got my own mixer. That was 6 years ago. Flash forward to 2022, and my husband surprised me for our 16th wedding anniversary.

Isn’t it gorgeous? This is the KitchenAid pink stand mixer in shade “Dried Rose”. I’m redecorating my entire kitchen in this color to match it’s beauty.
A review from Amazon that sold me: This mixer is one of those items for a baking enthusiast where if you don't have one, it doesn't seem like such a big deal but when you do get one, you can't imagine life without it. I've had my mixer for about 9 months now and I absolutely can't imagine my life without it. It makes any task that involves any form of mixing significantly easier, and mixes the contents to perfection. I got the mixer in the "Ice Blue" shade and it is so beyond gorgeous. It is a beautiful addition to my countertop and I constantly have people remarking on the gorgeous shade, reminding them of an old fashioned milk shake maker. I know the colour doesn't really affect the performance but if you're going to spend this much money on a mixer, at least get one as sexy as this one!! I've included a photo in my kitchen in natural daylight for a more true to life representation of what the colour looks like.

Kitchen Aid 5 Quart Mixing Bowl
We have to talk about this bowl, though. It’s a beautiful blue watercolor flower mixing bowl for the Kitchen Aid 5 quart mixers. It made the perfect combination for the pink (dried rose) stand mixer. I was unsure when I ordered it, thinking I’d just send it back if I didn’t like it, but it was even more beautiful than I thought! See my pic above for this combo!

This kitchen aid mixer bowl is ceramic, not glass, which gives the bowl a beautiful finish. I love how it looks in my kitchen, and I want to use it more because it’s pretty (silly, I know).
Dishwasher & Oven safe
Yes! You can put the bowl in the dishwasher. I was so glad to hear that it wouldn’t be damaged if I put it in my dishwasher.
It can also go right into the oven! I read the manual and was shocked to learn that. Just make sure to read the manual before use.
All the Kitchen Aid Mixer Attachments
I have several attachments already for my mixer. I love the silicone scraper on the paddle below. Definitely my favorite attachments!
I plan on getting this attachment next. This is the new Kitchen Aid Pastry attachment! You can make pie crusts and “cut the butter” with this attachment instead of using a regular hand held pastry cutter.
I’m extremely happy with my new Kitchen Aid mixer and I can’t wait to make all kinds of new goodies in my kitchen!
